What is a Quillr™?

A Quillr™ is a multimedia storytelling experience. Part screenplay, part graphic novel, part audio book and part movie, it is the newest chapter in publishing.

What browser(s) can I use?

You can use any of the more modern web browsers. It is recommended that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed. If you're unsure if your browser is up-to-date, check the homepage of your respective browser. You can also go to Adobe's website to update the Flash component, if you experience any problems with the videos.

What resolution should I use?

Any resolution above 800 x 600 pixels (SVGA) should be good. Most modern monitors display at 1024 x 768 pixels (XGA) or better by default.

How do I change the text size?

Most browsers permit this through one or more ways. Typically, this option appears in the View menu of your browser. Many browsers, such as Firefox and Safari, use a command or control key and the + or - keys to make text larger or smaller. Some also allow you to hold a command or control key and use a mouse's scroll button to change size as well. Check your browser's documentation (usually in the Help menu) for details.

Internet Explorer 7 and later have added new options for text size.

To change webpage text size in Internet Explorer 7+:

• Click the Page button on the upper right of the IE screen, click Text Size, and then click the size you want. (Note that graphics and controls will remain in their original size.)

To zoom in (enlarge) or zoom out (reduce) the view of a webpage in Internet Explorer:

• On the bottom right of the IE screen, click the arrow to the right of the magnifying glass (Change Zoom) button, then do one of the following:
  • To go to a predefined zoom level, click the percentage of enlargement or reduction you want.
  • To specify a custom level, click Custom. In the Percentage zoom box, type a zoom value, and then click OK.

Unlike changing font size, zoom enlarges or reduces everything on the page, including text and images.
